Wed, 04/24/2013 - 8:43am — Groomer Coordinator

Well its sad to say but the 2012-2013 snowmobile season has finally come to an end! It was a great season and aside from numerous groomer break downs went very well. All gates and trails on the PRR system have now been closed for the season. Thank you to the volunteers too numerous to name as well as all who attended club events, the warming hut, and dropped some money into the grooming donation bucket. We look foreward to next season after regaining our sanity from a nice warm summer.

Pittsburg Trail Report Tuesday April 9, 2013

Its currently 36 degrees and raining. Our 2013 trail system is 65% open and our grooming has ended for the season. Trails to the north are in overall good spring riding condition, the southern exposures of the trails that remain open will be the first to have bare spots but please expect ice, rocks, open water bars, etc. The trail system is now cut off from any food, lodging, or gas, you will need to trailer to Magalloway or East inlet roads for access. Please pay close attention to trail closures listed below.
